Reason Behind Face Off

in the past few years India has increased it defense budget and has been working continuosly in building the infrastructure which include roads,post across the LAC and LOC both, for the easy and fast movement of big convoy and heavy weapons during the emergency not only this, India has also started to add new and advanced weapons system into its inventory which is quite indigestible to our neighbouring countries China and Pakistan.
now the matter became quite intolerable to china when India has started the construction of daulat beg oldi road to stretch it around 323 km road which connects India's part to siachen glacier and there it all started but the china could not do anything as the road constructed was completely inside Indian territory,they started infiltrating their soldier near the Ladakh(eastern part), Galwan valley to provide hindrance in the construction of metal bridge across the Galwan river because of which there was a heavy tension between both the armies,there were also situation when both the armies got engaged in hand to hand combat  but none suffered any casualty after which several meetings were done at the commander level to settle this dispute peacefully and both the sides agreed to withdraw their troops behind the LAC.

Betrayal From Chinese

 both the side agreed to withdraw their troops behind the LAC as decided in the meeting of 12 june and India also stated that it would not stop the construction of bridge across the Galwan river and might be this was a kind of blow to china as the result did not went in their favour,everything was settled now and troops has started to withdraw from their position but china has some different plan,on 15 june in the evening when Indian army patroling party of Bihar regiment went for patroling in the area they saw chinese troops were still stationed there in a number of 2000-2500 but still our late colonel Santosh Babu decided to ask them the reason and again went for a talk but this time they attacked on our troops with the rods of nails and stones,as they were huge in number and was also well planned,our Indian army was taken by surprise but the 50 brave soldier of Bihar regiment did not took a single step back and fought with them bare handed and killed their 35-40 soldiers,in action we lost our 20 brave hearts.
